CNC Machining

We are occupied with manufacturing of foundry equipment, as well as any workpieces and production equipment in accordance with the Client’s requirements.

Currently applied solutions allows us to process elements in 5 axes.

While preparing the workpiece for milling, we use one of the most modern systems available on the market:

  • CREO 2.0 (Pro/ENGINEER),
  • DELCAM,
  • ZW3D,

​​​With this software we construct virtual 3D models of the workpieces, and subsequently create processing program.

Our engineers shall easily create 3D solids on the basis of submitted 2D documentation, and when applicable - shall give them appropriate ribbing, draft, riser head and other necessary details constituting the final product of superior quality.

The process of CNC milling is performed with the use of modern 3, 4 or 5-axis millers, which allows us to produce workpieces of:

- length up to 2480 mm,

- width up to 1780 mm,

- height up to do 800 mm.

Workpieces with larger dimensions are performed by dividing them to smaller elements, and then fixing (resins, plastics, mdf) or in case of metal workpieces - screwing them together.

Our knowledge and experience as well as technological machinery allow us to offer the services within:

  • construction of 3D solids on the basis of 2D documentation,
  • writing processing programs for 3, 4 and 5-axis machines,
  • CNC millers, CNC milling on 3, 4 and 5-axis machines,
  • turning on CNC and universal lathes,

Thanks to services, which include 3D modeling, creating processing programs, precise CNC milling and manual processing of workpieces, we are able to provide a comprehensive services within performance of:

Foundry equipment: patterns, core boxes, chill moulds, production tools, product prototypes.

Processed materials include: steel, cast iron, aluminium, bronze, brass, resins, plastics, mdf.
